Shipping
How do we ship our orders?
We are currently fulfilling all orders from the UK. UK orders are either sent with DPD or Royal Mail 24hrs. International orders are sent using DPD or FedEx.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to all major countries around the world. In some cases non UK customers may be required to pay an import tax. Unfortunately this is down to the given customs team so we are unable to estimate this cost.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order, the number of products and the destination. Orders sent outside of the UK will be relatively expensive for one or two products, but will drop significantly in cost when order over 2 units.
How quickly will orders be processed?
We try to process orders within 48hrs. This means UK orders will arrive in 2 working days from order, whilst international orders will take between 5 and 10 days.
Can I upgrade my shipping to express after my order is made?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed we cannot adjust your shipping method.
My order never arrived, is incomplete or damaged
If this is the case, please check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t work, send us an email stating your order number and content and we’ll follow up on any problems.
Payments
Do you accept PayPal, Google Wallet, or other payment systems that I like?
No, we only use our own payment system, which works using Stripe. We do however accept all four regular credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover.
Can I trust you with my credit card details?
Yes, we don’t store any of your credit card information (that’s handled by our payment processor, Stripe) and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.
Are all customs charges and taxes covered?
For non UK orders there are sometimes additional customs fees that the customer will be charged upon receipt of the item, depending on the specific destination of the goods.
